MeOnTime is a well-priced time tracking software for all professions that need to account their working hours, like freelancers, lawyers, tax counselors, consultants and project teams.

With different helpful time tracking methods, from to the second accounting to a rough overview, MeOnTime offers a solution for each use case to record tasks, projects and working times. Provide cost rates for your projects and settle your amount of time spent.

With the driver's logbook function you can enter your travel time and distance and easily calculate your travel expenses.

The extensive reporting offers a wide range of different analyses. You can set-up user-defined filters for your time data and export it in all current formats or send it via email to your customers, partners or contractors.

MeOnTime ist multilingual and offers different designs for every taste.

MeOnTime is not an isolated software application but can be interlinked without any complications with further follow up products from the Most Effective series. But there is even more: when combining different ME-products the user generates a considerable synergy that enhances the outcome of each solution. Finally, the decision which product to use is fully yours as you are the independent creator of your own individual application environment.

• The line-up of different time tracking methods allows the user to chose between rough to highly detailed time documentation
• For each use case MeOnTime offers an adequate time tracking method, such as
  • time tracking by „from to“ times, e.g. meeting 10 – 12 a.m.
  • tracking by periods, e.g. business trip, 8 hours
  • tracking by stop watch, e.g. phone conversation with customer, 12 minutes
• The special quick time tracking method does not even require to maximize of MeOnTime!
• The subject of a time documentation process can be chosen freely, e.g. projects, tasks, customers, action...

Internationality

• The software is multilingual. The language is changed with one click.
• Currently, the software is available in German and English but additional languages will follow soon.

Integrated data analysis and interpretation

Future Extensions

Work in Progress:

• Account for charges and driver's logbook

• Re-Design of the user interface of MeOnTime Personal. With the re-design such features as resizing of MeOnTime Personal will be integrated. The visual appearance will move further to the Windows Vista direction.

• Learning movies will be available online to provide an easy start in MeOnTime Personal

• The way how data is saved will change from XML to a data base system. An easy to install free data base will be provided with MeOnTime Personal.
