DokuWork is a complex software which integrates the functions of a customer relation and document management program. By using DokuWork any customer and project specific information can be reviewed and edited centrally. In order to do so the program uses Outlook-similar functions for the management of emails, dates, tasks and addresses. Additionally DokuWork offers modules for the management of projects and documents. The integrated ISDN-based telephone connection enables the automatic dialling of telephone numbers, the recognition of callers and the logging of the calls.
DokuWork can be used together with MeOnTime to record times for documents, mails, notes, calls, dates, tasks, projects and / or contacts.
